Refund policy
At Nessa’s Kawaii Scoops, we take pride in creating each order especially for you! All items are personalized to your exact specifications and preferences. Because of this, we have a strict no refund, no exchange policy for all sales.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with the final product (as long as it matches your approved specifications and preferences details)
Exceptions
We will gladly review and resolve issues in these rare cases:
• The item arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing error or shipping damage.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nessaskawaiiscoops@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue/item/packaging
• A brief description
We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement (if possible) or other resolution at our discretion. Refunds are not available except in extreme cases where replacement isn’t feasible.
