Thank you for choosing Nessa’s Kawaii Scoops! 💕 We’re a small, home-based shop in North Carolina, crafting each order with extra love and care. Because every item is custom-made just for you, please read our shipping details carefully so you know what to expect!

Processing Time (Before Shipping)

  All orders are handmade/customized to your exact preferences.

  Standard processing time: 2-5 business days from the date your order is placed (this is the time we need to create your unique scoop!).

  During busy seasons (holidays, viral TikTok drops, etc.), it may take up to 10 business days. We’ll email you if there’s any delay beyond our usual window.

  Processing times do not include holidays, or shipping transit time.

  We process orders in the order received—thank you for your patience while we make your kawaii creation perfect!

Shipping Time & Carriers

  We ship via USPS (Ground Advantage) for most domestic orders—reliable and affordable!

  Estimated delivery after shipping:

  Domestic (US): 3-7 business days (most arrive in 3-5 days).

  We currently ship only within the United States. (International shipping coming soon—DM us if you’re outside the US!)

  Shipping does not include weekends or holidays.

  Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email (check your spam if it doesn’t arrive right away).

Shipping Costs

  Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and size (we use Shopify Shipping for real-time quotes).

  Typical costs: $5–$12 for standard domestic (varies by package).

  We aim to keep it sweet and affordable—no hidden fees!

Order Tracking & Updates

  Track your package anytime using the link/number in your shipping confirmation email.

  If there’s an issue (e.g., lost/delayed by carrier), contact us—we’ll help file a claim if needed.

Important Notes

  Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we can’t change it after the order is processed.

  We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs (though we pack everything securely!).

  For damaged items in transit, see our Return & Refund Policy (we’ll sort it out if it’s our error or shipping damage).

  Custom orders are final sale—no cancellations once processing starts.
